During my delightful stay, I particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast made to order, allowing for a variety of fresh options. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even providing secure parking just around the corner, enhancing my overall experience.

The lack of an elevator posed some inconvenience.

I loved the authentic vibe of Limón. The hotel has gorgeous views of the waterfront, perfect for an early breakfast. The breakfast options were delicious and made to order, a nice change from buffet style. Staff at reception and the restaurant were very accommodating. It felt like a time capsule of Costa Rica before the mass tourism came in. However, I faced a few inconveniences. There’s no lift, so getting to the third floor with luggage was quite a workout. I had reserved a balcony room but ended up with a street-facing room instead, which was disappointing. The area felt a bit unsafe at night, not ideal for walking around. Overall, the hotel is the best option in a less tourist-friendly town, but I might not choose to stay in Puerto Limon again if given the choice.

Secure parking was conveniently located just around the corner, and it was free with the presentation of my room key, making everything easy and stress-free.

wanting to explore the city. It's a few blocks away from the bus stations and some great local eateries. The staff were welcoming, and experiencing breakfast with a view of the waterfront was delightful. However, the noise from the street at night was hard to ignore.
